CHARTER POLICY

No Standee on bus While it is in motion

No alcoholic drinking and No smoking are allowed at all times on the coaches. Please keep the bus clean

The cost of your charter is based on the services listed on your contract and subject to change in accordance with your changes to your itinerary.

A LIST Charters Transportation,LLC, reserves the right to lease equipment from other companies in order to comply and fulfill your contract

A LIST Charters Transportation, LLC, shall not be liable for delay or loss of time due to traffic conditions, mechanical failure, passenger activity or inclement weather.

The company can not guarantee the assignment of requested drivers or coaches

The company shall not be liable for any item left on the bus. If an item is found on the bus the company will make an responsible attempt to return the item to the charter contact, although as previously stated this can not be guaranteed.

On all overnight or extended charters & tours the chartering party must pay for the bus drivers PRIVATE room & accommodation.

Overtime charge of $80.00 per hour will be applied to charter party if their schedule changes,

Deposits: A 20% mandatory deposit is due within two weeks of your reservation and receipt of contract. Your contract will be automatically voided if this deposit is not received.

Balances: All remaining fees for your charter must be satisfied at least two weeks prior to your departure date.

Cancellation:

> 30 days in advance, deposit will be refunded
8-29 days in advance, %50 of total payment will be refunded, If only deposit is made, deposit will not be refunded.
7 days and less prior to departure, not refund of any kind will be offered.

Baggage: The company reserves the right to inspect any baggage being carried onto the bus or being put in the storage areas below the bus. The company is not responsible for any damage and or personnel property. This includes but is not limited to misplaced luggage, the interior or exterior of luggage and items left on the bus

Damage to buses: The cost of repairing any dames results from the conduct and or actions of the passengers on the charter service will be charged to the chartering party and will be payable on demand.

Prohibited Items: Passengers are forbidden from carrying fireworks, explosives, knives, any type of weapon, fuel containers or any other type of hazardous item.

Passenger conduct: All coaches are smoke free environments. The company reserves the right to refuse or terminate service to any person that displays aggressive behavior under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicating substances. The bus drivers reserves the right to stop the bus at ANY point and have any guest escorted off the bus if the bus drivers feel he is a danger to himself or any other person on the bus. Passengers shall not interfere with the driver, the operation of the bus.
