Campus Link Rider’s Contract/Statement of Agreement
A) I understand that the departure times as set forth on the flyers, the company website and as communicated
to me by company representatives. All schedule changes will be posted on the website, and sent out via
text messages & emails.
B) I understand that this is a Bus Services that is not affiliated with any college or university. And makes no
warrant to their rules or regulations.
C) I understand that the departure times are strict and I WILL BE LEFT if not present at the scheduled departure
time, and will not receive any kind of refund. Please do not call the company after departure time saying
that your 5 minutes away. Greyhound, Amtrak, Airlines will not wait for you, neither will we!
D) All One‐Way tickets are considered satisfied once the bus leaves you point of origin and to return, you will
have to pay for another one way ticket. You will not have the option to pay the difference between the One‐
Way and the Roundtrip, please plan accordingly.
E) I understand that there will be a food stop, en route to my destination. The food stop will be for a period of
15 minutes where I can get food and return to the bus. I understand that a reasonable attempt to check and
see if I am on the bus will be made, however I can be left if not present after that time.
F) I understand that it is a violation of federal law to carry any type of contrabands, firearms & alcohol on the
bus, as well as to smoke anything. Violation of this law will be referred to state authorities in which we are
traveling and no refunds will be made for loss of transportation. Baggage will be held by the company.
G) I acknowledge receipt of the attached bus schedule including time of departures, location and a contact
number.
